About Us
Oikos means household. That is the whole idea.
The Oikos Homes LLC exists to build and care for the places people come home to — with the craftsmanship of a builder and the diligence of a property manager under one roof.
Our story
One team for building and keeping a home
Most owners juggle a builder for the work and a manager for the day-to-day. We handle both, so nothing falls between the cracks. From the first walkthrough to the tenth maintenance call, the same team stands behind the property.
That means faster decisions, tighter quality control, and one number to call. It is a simple promise, and we hold ourselves to it on every job — a single bathroom refresh or a full portfolio of rentals.

What we stand for
Our values
Craft first
We build the way we would build for our own family — square, level, and finished properly, down to the last trim board.
Straight answers
Clear scopes, honest timelines, and a real person who picks up the phone. No disappearing crews and no surprise line items.
Care that lasts
Whether it is a new build or a rental we manage, we protect the asset long after the punch list is signed off.
Locally accountable
We live and work in the communities we serve, so our reputation is on the line with every project we take on.
Licensing, insurance details, and service areas are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
