In 2024, after years of late-night research, learning from FlipSecrets and BiggerPockets, and testing ideas on our own fixer-uppers, Helena turned a casual real estate hobby into The Oikos Homes so more everyday people could step into real, stable homeownership with clarity, confidence, and long-term peace of mind.
